SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 28 – Dora Brown a year
ago sued Twitter, WordPress,
Blue Host and Automattic. Then
on June 24, she did not appear
at the (telephonic) initial
conference.
On July 28
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Katherine Polk Failla
re-held the proceeding. Inner
City Press covered
it.
Judge Failla
patiently asked Brown to
explain the basis of her
claim.
There is a book
that Brown has been working on
for 40 years; there was a
website and domain name(s),
only part of which was
migrated.
Brown has
been given until September 11
to file an Amended Complaint.
The case is Brown
v. Automattic et al.,
19-cv-6328 (Failla)
