SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 28 – Minh Quang Pham was
indicted in 2012 for assisting
Al
Qaida.
On October 28 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Alison J. Nathan, on the Cisco
WebEx platform, held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Things got fancy,
fast: Judge Nathan ruled that
there should be a joint letter
by December 2 as to the status
of the [US] government's
request to the UK for an
exception to the rule of
speciality.
The case is US v.
Pham, 12-cr-423 (Nathan)
