SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 18 – Alberto Marte was
accused of selling oxy in The
Bronx.
On
November 18, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Sidney H. Stein held a change
of plea proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Stein asked, after
Marte's allocution, where did
you do this? What did you do -
sell on the street?
I sold
oxycodon in The Bronx, Marte
said again and again, with no
more details.
Judge Stein set the sentencing
for February 25.
The
pre-sentencing report will, of
course, be sealed.
The case is
US v. Marte, 19-cr-795
(Stein)
