SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 12– Anthony
Northington's supervised
release is or was to end on
April
17.
On April 12
in the U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Richard J.
Sullivan, now on the Second
Circuit Court of Appeals, held
a Violation of Supervised
Release proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Thing were
contentious. Northington said
he was going to quit his job,
that Probation had done thing
to help him.
Judge Sullivan
said that wasn't the issue,
and that not having a job
might make remand more likely.
The case is US v.
Northington, 11-cr-678
(Sullivan)
