SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 10 -- Nurriddin Witcher is
charged with being a felon in
possession of a firearm, to
wit, a Glock Model 22, and .40
caliber semi-automatic
pistol.
On January 12, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Kimba M. Wood held a
conference. Inner City Press
covered it.
Witcher was
spotted by police around 1:35
a.m. need East 242nd Street
and White Plains Road in The
Bronx. Now there a trial set
for April 25, 2022, though
Judge Wood said it that's too
tight, just tell her and
she'll extend it.
The case is
US v. Witcher, 20-cr-116
(Wood)
