the Southern District of New
York on April 27, a detention
or release proceeding was held
by Magistrate Judge Jennifer
Willis on a man arrested in
connection with a shooting
near Lexington Avenue and
125th Street in Harlem on

The
Federal Defender emphasized
that many people wear Carhartt
jackets, and that the 25 year

the same things down there.
