SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 6 –
Andrea Sayger sued
AssuredPartners Inc. for
gender
discrimination.
On March 14, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Loretta A. Preska held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
conference concerned what is a
marketer, and asserted
discovery deficiencies. It got
heated.
Judge Preska
advised that no snarky
responses were needed. She
said she will be looking for a
letter in two weeks.
On April 6 Judge
Preska held another proceeding
and Inner City Press again
covered it. The discussion was
more detailed, about account
executives and breaking into
the Northeast market. Judge
Preska directed the parties to
actually speak, and not just
email, about the matter.
The case is
Sayger v. AssuredPartners Inc.
et al., 20-cv-8049 (Preska)
