Jan 28 – Francis Didonato, in
bankruptcy, sued GS Services
Limited Partnership, collector
of post-defaulted debt.
The case is about
student loans, and is tracking
one pending in the Second
Circuit Court of
Appeals.
On
January 28, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lorna G. Schofield held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Judge Schofield
inquired into the status of
the Second Circuit case.
On March 18,
Judge Schofield held another
proceeding, and Inner City

Plaintiff's request to submit
a report by Mark Kantrowitz
was denied. Cross-motions for
summary judgment are due on
April Fool's Day.
