SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 27 – Brook Beverage has
had a contract to deliver
Pepsi-Cola products on a route
in The Bronx.
But now it faces
cancellation, after the death
of Brook Beverage's president
Joseph Eliseo.
On January
27 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Vernon S. Broderick held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Pepsi confirmed it wants to
take the route back. Brook
Beverage's lawyer asked if
Brook will still get paid. No,
was the answer.
The case is Brook
Beverage, Inc. v. Pepsi-Cola
Bottling Company Of New York,
Inc., 20-cv-9275 (Broderick)
