SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 24 – Hedgeye Risk
Management sued Darius Dale,
claiming that when he left
Hedgeye on March 28, he took
gigabytes of proprietary
information.
On May 24, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Andrew L.
Carter held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
Judge Carter issued an oral
ruling, to which one of the
party's lawyer immediately
asked if he could make more
arguments, after the ruling.
No, he was told.
But discovery
will be expedited.
The case is
Hedgeye Risk Management, LLC
v. Dale, 21-cv-3687 (Carter)
