Detained

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 12 – Vladimir Reyes was
arrested on August 5 on drug
conspiracy charges and has
been in detention since.
On September 11
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Denise L. Cote held a
bond hearing. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
Assistant US Attorney
emphasized how Reyes had been
found in what he described as
an empty apartment in The
Bronx with a woman, on a
mattress on the floor, with a
baby in the apartment along
with five pounds of marijuana
and $1000 in cash.
Judge Cote
in ruling called him a
significant drug dealer and a
danger to the community. His
incarceration was continued.
