SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 20 – Lachris Allmond is
charged with violations of
supervised release, some
involving travel to New
Jersey. He's been imprisoned
in New Jersey.
On
October 20, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding in two parts. Inner
City Press covered both.
Judge
Koeltl wanted answers and so
told the parties to call back
in ten minutes. But one of
them could.
Judge
Koeltl agreed to slip Part Two
in between two civil
proceedings, one at 11:30 am
and another at noon. The first
one, then, was postponed.
Judge
Koeltl decided that Allmond
could be released, confirmed
to an apartment in the North
Bronx but allowed visits
nearby.
He cannot, Judge
Koeltl emphasized, travel to
New Jersey.
The case is US v.
Allmond, 18-cr-143
(Koeltl)
