SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 14 – Richard Lotito is
accused of selling oxycodone
pills - a lot of
them.
On
September 14 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Colleen McMahon held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Indications
were that the case is moving
toward a pre-trail
disposition. The issue is the
pill count.
The complaint
said that Doctor-1 sold Lolito
and CC-1 approximately 10,486
30-mg oxycodone pills, almost
always for cash "to avoid
detection and maximize
profit."
The case is US v.
Lotito, 20-cr-675
(McMahon)
