SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 31 – The estate of
David Felix sued the City of
New York in 2016 alleging that
Felix was wrongfully killed by
two NYD detectives on April
25, 2015.
On October
30 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Alison J. Nathan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Nathan offered the services of
an SDNY Magistrate, stating
that Magistrate Ronald L.
Ellis was
assigned.
A lawyer replied
that Ellis is retired. Judge
Nathan said that might not be
final yet, then added that
Magistrate Judge Robert W.
Lehrburger was on the case.
That wasn't in the docket,
which near day's ended was
updated naming Magistrate
Judge Steward D. Aaron to the
case. It is Felix et al v.
City Of New York et al.,
16-cv-5845 (Nathan)
