Sept 23 – Ethereum Ventures
sued Chet Mining Co. and now
inquest into
damages.
On
September 23 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Katharine H.
Parker held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Judge Parker
asked how the machines work,
then remarked that are not
energy efficient.
Perhaps, was the
answer, but they bring
well-paying jobs.
Iowa's energy
usage and patterns were
discussed, and figures
offered. Judge Parker took it
under advisement, promising a
decision soon.
