SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 9 – Marvin Williams after
serving jail time for drugs is
under supervised release.
On
November 9 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge William H.
Pauley III held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
It was an
upbeat proceeding. Probation
Officer Amber Wilton said that
Williams is back in virtual
drug treatment, and tested
negative.
Judge
Pauley congratulated him,
saying he was turning the
corner, and set the next
conference for February 10,
2021.
The case is US v.
Williams, 09-cr-1056 (Pauley)
