Nov 23 – Jose Francisco
Guzman-Cabrera was charged
with conspiracy to distribute
fentanyl and hydrocodone over
the Internet, and with money
laundering.
He was arrested
in the Dominican Republic and
extradited.
On
November 23 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Sidney H. Stein held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Things are
moving: Judge Stein set a
trial date of April 5, with
motions in limine due
March 8.
There is a status
conference before then, set
for January 27.
