SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 24 – Envy Branding sued
The William Gerard Group in a
dispute about provide agent
services to what it calls
celebrities.
On December 16, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The
dispute is about brands
including "Big Sexy Hair,"
"Carseat Canopy" and Diff
Eyewear.
Judge Cave
ruled that the parties by
December 23 much exchange
lists of the custodians who
records were searched for
electronically stored
information and the list of
search terms used. A next
conference was set for January
24.
And on January
24, when Judge Cave held
another proceeding, Inner City
Press again covered it. Judge
Cave extended fact discovery
to March 18, with a filing due
on January 25 about which
custodians were searched for
ESI. There is another
conference set for March 8 at
3:30 pm.
