Pharmacy Robberies Lead To
VOSR Warrant Stayed For A Week in SDNY

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 8 – Armon Grim was
convicted of a series of
pharmacy robberies in the
Bronx and Manhattan in early
2018, taking for example $254
from a Duane Reade on Jnuary
12, 2018.
On
September 8 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Valerie E. Caproni held a
Violation of Supervised
Release proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Back in
September 2018 Judge Caproni
sentenced Grim to time served
plus two weeks, and
restitution of $254. By
October 1, 2019 in another
VOSR proceeding, reference was
made to New Beginnings and to
medication.
Judge
Caproni said she was issue a
warrant for his arrest, but
stay it for a week to work
some things out. If not, it
will become active.
