SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 27 – Christine Post
sued Bard Peripheral Vascular
for defects in its inferior
vena cava (IVC) filters.
Most of the case
was handed by Senior Judge
David Campbell of the District
of Arizona, in a
multi-district
litigation.
On
September 16 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge P.
Kevin Castel held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
It was
short and sweet. Judge Castel
congratulated the work of
Judge Campbell, and entered a
90-day Order of Dismissal. He
told the lawyers he wished it
was always this easy.
The case is, or
was, Post v. C R Bard
Incorporated et al.,
20-cv-2710 (Castel)
