SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 29 – Kelly Gribeluk sued
Network Capital Funding
Corporation for violations of
the New York City Fair Chance
Act, about use of information
about a conviction or arrest
record.
On
June 27, 2022 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Gabriel W.
Gorenstein held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Judge
Gorenstein resolved a number
of discovery disputes, and
issued an order saying his
ruling would be in the
transcript.
Surprisingly,
that transcript was in fact
available on the PACER
terminal the following day -
unlike, for example, the
transcripts of the semi-sealed
CIA leaks criminal trial of
Joshua Schulte. We'll have
more on both case.
This one is
Gribeluk v. Network Capital
Funding Corporation,
21-cv-8177 (McMahon /
Gorenstein)
