SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 3 – Regeneron
Pharmaceuticals sued Novartis
and Vetter Pharma for
anticompetitive hinderance of
Eylea, its "innovative
biologic drug for the
treatment of severe eye
disease."
On
November 2, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Alison J. Nathan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Reference was made to a case
in the Northern District of
New York and an attempt to
have cake and eat it too. Any
motion to join additional
parties is due in 30 days.
There have
been no settlement
discussions; the defendants
want to stay discovery.
But another
case management conference is
set for December 10.
The case is
Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc.
v. Novartis Pharma AG et al.,
20-cv-5502 (Nathan)
