SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 12 – Super Duper Inc. says
its educational material were
ripped off by PresenceLearning
Inc. in a way that was "brazen
and willful." Super Duper
sued.
On October
12 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Katharine H.
Parker held a discovery
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
SuperDuper
had complained about lack of
access to PresenceLearning's
online platform.
Judge Parker said
that has now been resolved,
and extended discovery
deadlines for 60 days. She
also scheduled a settlement
conference for January 10,
2022.
The case is Super
Duper, Inc. v.
PresenceLearning, Inc.,
20-cv-10783 (Swain / Parker)
