SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 16 – Kevin R. Scott
was sentenced to time served
in 2015 along with supervised
release, which he has been
repeatedly accused of
violating.
On November
16, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge William H. Pauley
III held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered
it.
While a
copy of most recent accusation
or specification had yet to be
provided to the defendant,
some discussion was had and
another date was set, for
January 13, 2021.
The case is US v.
Scott, 13-cr-962 (Pauley)
