SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 25 – Sancy Graciano is
legally blind. He has sued
RoomsToGo.com for running an
inaccessible website.
On January 25, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Analisa Torres held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
These cases have
become somewhat routinized.
RoomsToGo says
its site is WCAG 2.0 compliant
due to a previous settlement
agreement involving
essentially the same claims.
Here, there is
now another conference on May
27.
The case is
Graciano v. Roomstogo.com,
Inc., 20-cv-7811 (Torres)
