SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 17 –
Junior Ortiz was convicted of
theft and receipt of stolen
mail, served time and then
supervised
release.
On March 16, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Kimba M. Wood held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Ortiz is working
hard, in fast food, he said.
Judge Wood congratulated him
and said this would be their
last time together, that his
supervised release was ending
in April. She wished him well.
The case is US v.
Ortiz et al., 16-cr-545
(Wood)
