SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 23 – Eric Robinson was
charged with credit card fraud
in 2016, involving gift cards
and foreign bank
accounts.
On September 23
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District Judge P.
Kevin Castel held a violation
of supervised release
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Robinson's lawyer
Xavier Donaldson said there
would be no benefit to putting
Robinson back in prison.
Judge Castel
disagreed, sentencing Robinson
to 14 months.
The case is
US v. Robinson, et al.,
16-cr-447 (Castel)
