Jan 4 – David Fields
sued Exponential Wealth for
defrauding him into purchasing
$1.4 million in rare
coins.
On January 4, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Cave
chided the defendants for not
having produced their
corporate bank statements, and
asked them to review two
personal bank statements to
see if they reflect any
transactions with Exponential
Wealth and produce them by
January 21.
