SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 23 – Ashley Desvarieux
sued Axiom Holdings for losses
suffered after buying Axiom
securities.
On February
23, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge John P. Cronan had
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Axiom, however,
did not show up.
Inquiries were
made about how service had
been tried, any communications
about the lawsuit. Default
looms.
The case is
Desvarieux v. Axiom Holdings,
Inc. et al., 17-cv-4756
(Cronan)
