SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 21 – Victor Jordan ran for
District Leader in Central
Brooklyn in 2018. He lost then
found that relatives had
worked impermissibly in the
Polling Site their relatives
ran for office in.
He
sued.
On October
21 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Jordan was
pressing for the Marshals to
serve Michael Davidson, whom
he called essential.
A member
of the public on the phone
line spoke up to agree. Judge
Koeltl, gently, said this was
not permitted. The public and
press can call in but not
speak. But the case continues.
It is Jordan v.
Pierre et al., 18-cv-8528
(Koeltl)
