Fertility Center Is Sued For Age
Discrimination Now Pushes For Discovery

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 25 – Susan Forte has
sued Columbia University
Center for Reproductive Care
for age
discrimination.
On August 25 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Robert W.
Lehrburger held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Ms. Forte is
sick; Columbia is seeking
judicial intervention to bring
about her deposition. Judge
Lehrburger ordered that
discovery be turned over by
August 30.
