Jan 7 – Four members of
the LaForest family are
charged with embezzling $17
million from an electrical
contracting
company.
On January 11, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Colleen McMahon held a
conference. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
McMahon asked about defense
motions.
They are
due on April 1, with a status
conference on June 14 and
Speedy Trial Act time excluded
until then. Reference was made
to the Secret Service lab.
