SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 15 – Ivan To Man Pang
sued Cushman & Wakefield
and Citi Realty Services for
discrimination against him, as
Chinese.
On September 15 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Pang asked,
among other things, for wage
information about other Asian
employees. This was turned
down, but depositions are
coming up.
The case is Pang
v. Cushman & Wakefield et
al., 20-cv-10019 (Nathan /
Netburn)
