SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 14 – Frozen food was bound
from JFK airport in New York
to Saudi Arabia but the dry
ice didn't work and it
spoiled. Saudia Cargo got
sued.
On November
13 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
It turns
out the shipment "was refused
entry into Saudi Arabia by the
governmental authorities due
to severe heat damage
rendering the entire shipment
inedible."

for $197,040.57; it is
