SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 23 – City Merchandise
designed a souvenir baseball
with the New York Yankees
logo. Then Tian Tian Trading
stole it, it is alleged.
On
February 23, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Mary Kay Vyskocil had a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Tian
Tian has an office in Maspeth,
Queens.
But defendants,
plaintiffs say, travel back
and forth to China. So
accommodations on service of
process have been requested.
The case is
City Merchandise Inc. v. Tian
Tian Trading Inc. et al.,
19-cv-9649 (Vyskocil)
