SDNY MAG COURT
EXCLUSIVE, August 23 -
In the U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York on August 23 at 4:30 pm,
a presentment was held by
Magistrate Sarah on a
defendant who was said to have
been arrested 26 hours before,
at 2 pm on August 22.
Inner City Press was there,

The
defendant had a supporter in
the gallery, who cried softly
when it was cover. He
consented to detention and was
led out with a copy of the
complaint against him, held in
handcuffed hands. A

was set.
