SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 14 – James Clark sued the
NYC Department of Corrections
for, among other things,
overcrowded
conditions.
On January 4, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Cave ordered the
defendants to give Clark
transcripts of any depositions
in the severed part of the
initial case.
Clark must make
his final request for
documents by January 28.
Another conference has been
set for February 14.
The case is
Clark v. Department of
Corrections et al., 20-cv-9419
(Gardephe / Cave)
