SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 17 – Bibox is
getting sued for its ERC-20
digital tokens on the Ethereum
blockchain.
On October 16
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Denise L. Cote held a
proceeding. Inner City Press,
which follows all things
crypto in the SDNY, covered
it.
Plaintiffs had
claimed that Bibox had
defaulted.
But Bibox
retained Brown Rudnic and
appeared. They told Judge Cote
that the plaintiffs' counsel
has at least seven other ICO
cases in the SDNY, now facing
motions to dismiss.
Now Bibox has
been given until December 9 to
move, answer or otherwise
respond to the amendment
complaint.
This case is IN
RE BIBOX GROUP HOLDINGS
LIMITED SECURITIES LITIGATION,
20-cv-2807 (Cote)
