SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 23 – Dunross Capital and
Michael Crow have been sued by
David Propis, who says Crow
"displayed contempt for Mr.
Propis be repeatedly
ridiculing and denigrating
Jewish people and Mr. Propis'
Jewish religion and
heritage."
On May 21, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Alvin K.
Hellerstein held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
A
jury trial is demanded. Judge
Hellerstein called for all
non-expert discovery to be
completed by December 31 and
that, one week after that, the
parties meet for at least two
hours at the office of
plaintiff's counsel to discuss
settlement.
That will be
January 6, 2022 at 2:30 pm, at
Wigdor LLP at 85 Fifth Avenue.
Then another conference on
Janjary 14.
The case is
Propis v. Crow et al,
21-cv-588 (Hellerstein)
