SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 22 – Renzer Bell has a
dispute with Daniel H. Plante
of Melbourne, Florida about
the sale of a 2016 Ford
Mustang.
He sued, alleging
RICO violations.
On October 22
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Bell
referred to Federal Reserve
notes, and asked Judge Koeltl
for his position on Rule 11
sanctions for frivolous
pleadings.
Judge Koeltl
answered, question by
question, asking if there is
diversity or if Bell wants to
file an amendment complaint. A
scheduling order will issue.
The case is Bell
v. Plante et al., 20-cv-4598
(Koeltl)
