SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 6 – Jaime Santillano was
charged in connection with a
drug trafficking organization
in Mexico, Texas and
elsewhere. He smuggled drugs
and
guns.
On February 4, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Victor Marrero held his
sentencing. Inner City Press
covered it.
The guideline
sentence was 210 to 262
months; the US Attorney's
Office said below that would
be sufficient.
Judge Marrero
imposed a sentence of 86
months.
