SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 7 – Helen Swartz has sued
Citadines Group and its hotel
Citadines Connect Fifth Avenue
at 15 West 45th Street in
Manhattan for lack of
accessibility - not of
website, but of physical
plant.
On November 5 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Netburn noted that in physical
plant cases, fact discovery
and expert discovery often
overlap. She said all
discovery is to be completed
by April 15.
The case is
Swartz v. Citadines Group LLC,
21-cv-6734 (Engelmayer /
Netburn)
