SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 19 – Kashif Majeed is
charged with U.S. passport
fraud.
On April 19, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge J. Paul Oetken held a
charge of plea proceeding.

issued and signed for J.M. was
sent by Majeed to a person
abroad who was not
J.M..
Majeed
pleaded guilty to Count 3,
Conspiracy.
The sentencing is
set for July 21.
