SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 14 – Kevin Melendez was
charged with conspiracy to
sell oxy in the Bronx.
On
December 14 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Sidney H. Stein held a change
on plea proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
In this
multi-defendant case, another
who already pleaded guilty has
been sentenced to a year and a
day, allowing for good time
credit.
Melendez'
sentencing is now set for
March 15 at 11:30 am.
