Men Charged With Bank Fraud Are Freed on
$100,000 Bond After Arrest at 4:15 AM

EXCLUSIVE, Oct 18 - In
the U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York on October 18, three bond
proceedings were held by
Magistrate Judge Sarah
Netburn. Inner City Press was
there, the only media in the
Mag Court.
The three
defendants, presented
together, were all charged
with conspiracy to commit bank
fraud and access device fraud.
They were arrested (much)
earlier in the day, at 4:15 am
and 6 am.
The first
listed defendant, Mr. Zang,
had a Chinese interpreter. All
three were ordered released on
$100,000 bond with three
co-signers in two weeks. One
of the defendants is permitted
to travel to New Jersey to
meet with this CJA lawyer. The
next day is November 17.

Zang, et al., 22-mj-8263
