SDNY MAG COURT
EXCLUSIVE, Nov 2 - In
the U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York on November 1, proceeding
was held by Magistrate Judge
Barbara C. Moses on three
defendants charged in a 400
grams and more fentanyl
conspiracy. Inner City Press
was there, the only media in
the Mag Court.
Lead
defendant Charles Guy was
assigned the Federal Defender,
and in the three hours before
the presentment, word was that
he would be seeking release on
bail. But when the time came,
he and his two co-defendants
all consented to detention,
and waived to the 30th day.
They had been
arrested at six pm, midnight
and one am.
The case is
US v. Guy, et al., 22-mj-8825
(Moses)
