SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 7 – Atlantic Pacific Lines
sued North American Cargo over
cargo meant to be shipped from
Seattle to Karachi,
Pakistan.
On January 12, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stewart D.
Aaron held a conference. Inner
City Press covered it.
Judge Aaron
ordered that motion to dismiss
parts of the case be withdrawn
and be replaced by a motion to
dismiss the entire case witout
prejudice.
The case is

et al., 19-cv-8037 (Daniels /
Aaron)
