SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 18 – Edwin Molina,
convicted in a Federal case
back in 2004, has now
absconded from his supervised
release.
He previously
missed a proceeding on October
8, 2019. Now the U.S. Marshals
have been asked to find
him.
On
February 18 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Richard M. Berman held a
supervision proceeding. Inner
City Press covered
it. Molina has not
been found.
Judge Berman
asked Molina's lawyer if he
knew where he is. He does not.
The Marshals will try to find
him before the next proceeding
on March 16.
The case is US v.
Molina, 04-cr-989 (Berman)
