contractor Bison Development
Group for not paying
overtime.
On January 10, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah L.
Cave held a conference.
Inner City Press covered it.
According to the Complaint,
Balbuena worked on average 78
hours a week but was paid only
for sixty.
Judge Cave
said fact discovery is due
July 29, with another
conference before that on July
7. A bench trial is foreseen.
