SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 4 – Antoine Slaughter was
up on charges of Violations of
Supervised
Release.
On February
4, U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Paul G. Gardephe held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
government and defense had
arrived at an agreement:
postponement for a month,
during which time Slaughter's
conditions would be further
restricted to home
confinement, with GPS
tracking.
Judge Gardephe
agreed, adding the Slaughter
may "leave his residence for
court appearances, meetings
with counsel, religious
observance, medical
appointments, community
service obligations, etc."
The next
conference is March 12. The
case is US v. Slaughter,
18-cr-364 (Gardephe)
